Alright, so I’ve been eyeing this watch for a while now, the CopyOMEGA Ω Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph 45.5mm. Man, that’s a mouthful, right? It’s supposed to be the real deal, like they have in their official flagship stores.

First things first, I started digging around. Found out some stuff about different watch sizes. Like, there’s this thing called a “tap size chart,” which lists all these sizes, diameters, and thread stuff for taps. No clue what that meant, but it sounded important, I guess. I also saw some stuff about other Omega watches, like the Seamaster Planet Ocean, some 39.5mm, some 45.5mm and the Speedmaster ’57.

Then, I started to narrow it down. I found out that the particular watch I wanted comes with a stainless steel case, looks pretty sharp. It’s got a blue dial, which I liked, and some smaller dials for seconds, and some recorders for 12-hour and 60-minute chronograph. And the bracelet, it’s also stainless steel, to match the case.

Then, to decide whether it was the right one for me. I took that number 45.5mm into consideration. It is the case diameter. Since I have a relatively small wrist, so, compared with other models, I picked up this 40.5mm one finally. I went to the store, tried it on my wrist and it fitted perfectly.

After that, I decided to buy it. I confirmed with the sales that it’s the same as what they sell in the official flagship store, and they said “yes”. They told me it has all the paperwork and stuff to prove it. Seemed legit. So, I pulled the trigger and bought it.

Now I’m wearing this bad boy. Feels good, looks good. Time will tell if it’s as good as the real deal, but for now, I’m pretty happy with it.
