Well, let me tell you somethin’ about this here high imitation Rolex thing. See, my grandson, he’s always goin’ on about fancy watches. He showed me a picture of a real shiny one, a Rolex Submariner, he called it. Black and gold, lookin’ all important-like. This Two-tone Black Submariner, that’s what he said it was. Fancy words for a watch, if you ask me.
Now, I ain’t got that kind of money. I got chickens to feed and bills to pay. But he kept goin’ on and on about that darn watch. So, I started lookin’ around. Found some places sellin’ these, what they call, high imitation ones. Look just like the real deal, they say. This Two-tone Black Submariner, it’s a copy, but a good one. You can hardly tell the difference.
You see some folks, they like that flashy stuff. Showin’ off, you know? This Rolex, it’s one of them show-off watches. Big and shiny. My grandson says it’s a classic style, whatever that means. He says everybody who’s anybody wears one. I don’t know about all that, but it does look kinda nice, I gotta admit. Got that black face and that gold around it. Kinda catches your eye.
These high imitation ones, they ain’t cheap, but they ain’t as much as the real ones. My grandson, he said the real ones cost more than my whole house! Can you believe that? For a watch! These Two-tone Black Submariner copies, they’re a lot less. Still a good chunk of change, but not house-buyin’ money.
I saw one the other day, looked just like the picture my grandson showed me. Black dial, they call it. And that gold color, they call it “two-tone”. Makes it sound real special. It’s a classic style, I guess. Been around a long time, these Rolex watches. Even I heard of ’em. And this Submariner, it’s one of the popular ones. Everybody wants one, seems like.
Now, why do people want these things so bad? I don’t know, I think if you got a watch that tells time that’s good. The classic style is good, I think. This Two-tone Black Submariner, it’s got that look. That look that says, “I got money.” Even if you don’t, ha! That’s what these high imitation ones are for, I reckon. Lookin’ rich without bein’ rich.
They got that little crown thing on ’em, too. The Rolex crown, they call it. Little picture of a crown. Fancy, huh? And these high imitation ones, they got that crown, too. Looks just the same. You gotta look real close to see it ain’t the real deal. They even got that date thing on ’em. Little window that shows you the number of the day. Handy, I guess. Though I don’t need a watch to tell me what day it is.
There are a few things to say about the classic style about it:
- Black dial, shiny and all.
- Gold around the edges, that’s the “two-tone” part.
- Got that little crown picture.
- Shows the date.
- Big and heavy, feels like somethin’ important on your wrist.
If you’re thinkin’ about gettin’ one of these high imitation Rolex watches, this Two-tone Black Submariner, you gotta be careful. Some of ’em are junk. Don’t work right, or they fall apart. You gotta find a good one. Do your research, like my grandson says. Look around, see what people are sayin’. Don’t just buy the first one you see.
This classic style is good. It is good for you to have one. You wear it, people look at you, they will think you are rich. That Two-tone Black Submariner, it’s a good one to get. It’s popular. Everybody likes that one. They make good high imitation of it.
I told my grandson, maybe I’ll get him one of these high imitation ones for his birthday. He’d like that. He can show it off to his friends. They won’t know it ain’t real. Unless they look real close, and they know what they’re lookin’ for. But who’s gonna do that? I don’t think so.
So, that’s my two cents on this high imitation Rolex Two-tone Black Submariner thing. It’s a classic style, they say. Looks good, I guess. If you want to look like you got money, maybe it’s worth it. Just be careful where you get it. And don’t tell anyone it ain’t real. Let ’em think you’re a big shot, ha!
